...when something breaks, our trust is betrayed.


When the wrong material is used, or one material is made to simulate another, we feel lied to.



When something is designed not to be cared about, we feel as cheap as the object.
A good design is trustworthy. It exhibits truth in materials. It elicits love. It balances form and function, striving for their unity.

When a design is all style and no practicality, or base function with no sense of beauty, there is no balance.

So how do I design?
