A livery design for an experimental natural-gas-powered locomotive, under invitation from Fabrizio Giugiaro and guided by ItalDesign lead designer Nicola Guelfo. Supergraphic approach helps distinguish this more ecologically friendly locomotive from similar shaped conventional diesel-electrics, even at a distance, while also conveying its novel propulsion method. Painted by the Bryansk Locomotive Works and debuted at Expo 1520 (the International Fair of Railway Equipment and Technologies) in Moscow in September 2014.
